NOTE: Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing varying shipment delays in most orders. However, some orders are completely unaffected.
When using “Insured Shipping” or “Standard Shipping” please allow between 3-8 weeks for your package to arrive (under normal circumstances excluding bank holidays and seasonal holidays). We offer shipment tracking numbers with all orders, to learn more about your tracking code read below.
Your shipment tracking number will be provided in the confirmation email sent once your order is shipped, which will usually be sent to you within 3-12 business day(s) after your order has been placed. However, depending on the time of your order (i.e Holiday) the confirmation email may take up to 15 business days to be sent. If any order takes over 60 business days to arrive, please contact us through the provided "Contact Us" form, which can be found under the main menu.
